Eleni was born in Athens in 1976. In 2006 she got her Diploma in Architectural Engineering by presenting at the NTUA her thesis entitled "Objects as components of spatial existence of a path", getting a grade of 9.60.

Already have a Bachelor of Arts in Interior design from Middlesex University of London (1998) and in Fine Arts and Contemporary Technology from the Technical University of Crete (2000), she began establishing her identity as an architect very early on.
Since 1999 and for 20 consecutive years she has worked as an internal or external partner in various architectural and design offices in Athens. Some of her collaborations are with ARCHLAB-George Lambrou, MRA architects, Georgios Triantafyllou & Associates, architects Nikos Economou and Panagiotis Koubis. She has also participated in architectural competitions in collaboration with architects such as Eleni Tzirtzilaki, Nikos Kazeros, and MRA architects.
In June 2004 she was invited to participate in the "Reuse-Resettlement, Alternative Sites in Greece and Europe" forum, as part of the event entitled "URBAN TRANSLATION: Re-Resettlement", organized by Akto College, Eleni Tzirtzilaki and Bios Multi-Team.
Since 2006 she has founded her own architectural studio, which mainly deals with medium-sized architectural and interior design projects and architectural competitions.
Her extensive experience in the field of architecture stems from her involvement in large design teams undertaking projects of any scale, but also in renovations of traditional or existing buildings. She has also been involved in curating cultural and art exhibitions.
In October 2011 she took part in the Conference entitled "Public space ... is being sought" in Thessaloniki, presenting the project "Regeneration of Kapnergati Square in the City of Kavala", which was awarded the 2nd acquisition in 2008.
At this point in her career, her own architectural path, led by strong strong collaborations with a network of designers, artists, and engineers, she creates with Panos Alexiou, with whom she shares a great love for art & design, the Elephant Design concept space in 2019.

She loves the architecture on every scale, furniture design, pencil sketches and cats, and her big drawback is the construction, whether it is of large buildings or small space objects.

Panos was born in Athens in 1976. He majored in Economics and Management at the University of Wolverhampton. His involvement with the visual arts began indirectly through his previous occupation. He has been in the printing industry since 1998 as a third generation entrepreneur, and for more than 20 years he has operated as a chief executive of Label Pack SA (ex-Avery Hellas), one of the leading label printing companies in Greece. Many of his articles have been published in several printing and packaging industry magazines (A&M, Printing and Packaging, etc). He has a keen interest in literature, in music as well as in the ninth art: comics! As a matter of fact, he was a regular columnist in the comics section of Highlights magazine (2000-2001). During all these years he has attended numerous seminars on interior and graphic design. Having extensive knowledge and experience on inks and printing methods and materials he strongly believes that anything could become a canvas! Accordingly, he has been experimenting in various ways of how a piece of art can be transformed into an object and vice versa.

In 2019 in collaboration with Eleni Sfantou he sets up Elephant Design where art, ideas, and creativity become reality.

<p><sup>Konstantinos Pourliotis</sup></p>

Konstantinos Pourliotis

Konstantinos Pourliotis is a Civil Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens, a Physics graduate from the University of Patras, and a Mechanical Engineer from the Zanneio University of Piraeus.
He has been a Professor and curator of the Physics and Hydraulics course at the School of Topography of the Army Geographical Service. (G.Y.S.) until 2006, while he is a PhD candidate at the National Technical University of Athens, Department of Civil Engineering, in the course of Fluid Mechanics until today and a member of the Standing Committee of Public Works Engineers and of the Standing Committee 56 -Plan for the productive reconstruction of the country- of the Technical Chamber of Greece. He is also active as an Energy Inspector and Building Controller. From 2002 until today, he has undertaken the completion of architectural and structural studies, the control of structural adequacy of structures, and the construction of multi-storey buildings in Athens and Piraeus. Since 2012, he has prepared and received the construction of 8 photovoltaic parks.

His collaboration with Elephant Design began with the preparation of two studies for the reconstruction of apartments in buildings from 1959 and 1973 in Exarchia, Athens, as well as the implementation study for the maintenance and reconstruction of a building from 1928 in Koukaki. Our team considers Konstantinos as the "third eye" of the Elephant.

Kostas Katsadimas

Kostas was born in Volos in 1983. In 2010 he got the title of Architect, presenting his thesis "Mediatheque - Multimedia Library in Volos" at the Department of Architecture of the University of Thessaly. Since 2009 he has worked with various architectural and design offices in Athens and Volos as an architect and 3D Artist (KK3D). Among his collaborations are with Potiropoulos and Partners, MRA architects, Kois Associated Architects, LIVING LUXURIOUS as well as the visual and animation production company Visualhouse in London. He always puts his own personal identity and unique style into the projects he works on. His skills are constantly evolving as he is passionate about creating virtual environments and realistic and artistic rendering of architectural work.

His collaboration with Elephant Design is based on many years of friendship and love for teamwork.

Maria Melissianou

Maria Melissianou graduated from Cardiff University with Bachelor's and Master's in Architecture in 2016. She worked in architectural offices in Kent and London. In 2020 she completed the Qualification Course (RIBA 3) at UCL and became a registered Architect in the United Kingdom. After 10 years in England, she returned to Greece and took up the position of Studio Manager at the architectural office The Hive Architects. Through her 3-year work experience at the office, she experienced all the stages of design, licensing, and project development in Greece. At the same time, she discovered the art of clay, which gave her an amazing liberation from the orthogonality of architecture and the restrictive urban planning framework. She began to create ceramic sculptures and utilitarian objects using earth as a basic ingredient. In 2022, she launched Studio Marmel to present her ceramic creations. Ceramics was also the reason for her introduction to Elephant Design after they co-created the exhibition "TABLESCAPE" in the office space in May 2024. She currently lives and works in Athens as a freelancer and seeks creative expression through architectural and ceramic works.

Corina Karavasili

Korina Karavasili is an Architect Engineer, NTUA (2019). She has been a volunteer architect at the Ephorate of Antiquities of Chios (2015) and has worked in architectural offices in Athens, Barcelona, and Porto. Since September 2021, she runs an architectural office in Chios and has been collaborating with Elephant Design since then. Her main area of ​​work is the architectural design, supervision, and construction of private buildings. As a valuable collaborator, she participates from the initial design proposal and preliminary design to the final design, implementation study, and construction. So far, she has successfully undertaken renovations of apartments and commercial spaces, repairs and additions of floors to old residences, as well as repairs of historical and listed buildings controlled by committees such as the Ministry of Culture, the Central Council of Architecture, and the Council of Architecture.

She is also involved in graphic design (logo and poster design), painting, and photography and she has participated in multiple group exhibitions in Greece and abroad.

<p><sup>Aggeliki Tzamali</sup></p>

Aggeliki Tzamali

Aggeliki was born in Athens in 1974. Her studies include a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Middlesex University of London (1997) and several awards in furniture design and Visual Merchandising. She started her career working in architectural offices, but over the past 20 years, she has worked as a Project Manager in renowned companies in the field of furniture design and architectural materials, specializing in projects involving mainly office buildings and workspace interiors. She was Brand Manager for Knoll in Greece and has worked with several international design brands. She has participated as an artist in art events in Athens galleries, in collective art shows, and as rapporteur on the design and conduct of workshops for developing creative relationships between employees of large multinational companies.

Her involvement in Elephant Design derives from years of personal friendship and collaboration. She finds a great inspiration behind Marcel Duchamp's words: “Art is all a matter of personality”.

Eleftheria Katsianou

Eleftheria Katsianou is a filmmaker living and working in Athens. She holds a Bachelor's degree of Arts in Political Science and History from Panteion University of Athens and a Master’s degree in Film Studies from Kingston University, London (2016). From 2012 to 2017 she divided her time between Athens and London, with her artistic activity focusing on poetic and experimental cinema, documentaries, and fiction. She has collaborated with other filmmakers and artists, participating with group works in exhibitions and festivals in Greece and abroad. In June 2019 she participated in the multi-form group action-exhibition “Inside: Good Luck”, at Onassis Foundation House, Athens. In 2020, her one-minute film “Remains” traveled to festivals abroad, winning international awards. In 2021, she completed the short documentary “Trash”, co-produced with Elephant Design, which was presented at Greek and foreign film festivals and was nominated for the Iris Awards of the Hellenic Film Academy. This was followed by her participation in the multi-format group exhibition “Skafl”, in Siglufjörður, Iceland (2022), while that year she was awarded by ARTWORKS and is a Fellow of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) Artist Support Program. She is currently working on her first feature-length documentary “Herring Girls”, about women in northern Iceland who worked in fishing in the early 20th century.

He has been collaborating with Elephant Design since 2019 as a copywriter, filmmaker, videographer, and photographer.

Lefteris Yakoumakis

Lefteris was born in Athens in 1984. He studied painting at the School of Fine Arts of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He has exhibited his work in group exhibitions in Greece and the USA and solo in Greece and Iceland. He has worked as a teacher and has traveled around a lot. From 2013 to 2016 he divided his time between Greece and Iceland. In December 2010 he was invited as an artist for the “Herhúsið” Artist Hosting Program in Siglufjörður, Iceland. In March and April 2011 he was invited as an artist for the “Kanaal10” Artist Hosting Program in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and in October 2015 he was hosted at the Kansas City International Residency at the Artists Coalition in Kansas, USA. In 2014 he published the book/album "55 Ways to pronounce the word Siglufjörður". Since 2018 he has been working as a comic artist and has published two indie-released comic books: "Dichala", in collaboration with Kampos Publications, and "The Struggles", in English, written by himself and Lydia Athanasopoulou. In 2019, our collaboration and creative conversations with Lefteris led to the dismantling of the mural at Elephant Design.

A series of unfortunate events brought him back to Iceland where he now lives and works. You΄ll find him exhibiting at a comic book festival, studying art at museums, or climbing mountains. He likes to paint, drink beer, and sleep.

Marina Alexiou

Marina was born in Athens and spent the first years of her life in Strasbourg. Her keen interest in the arts was demonstrated from an early age and influenced by her family environment. She studied Business Administration at American College. In addition to her studies, she worked in the graphic arts company K. Kyriakoulis EE. in the field of production organization initially and then in HR as an HR manager until 2003. Putting a high point in her professional career on maternity, she returns in 2008 to a different field this time. Driven by her love and personal involvement with the organization of art studios and her collaboration with artists in cataloging their works and proposing their installation in various private spaces, she begins her collaboration with tourist accommodation venues in Athens and Sifnos offering services for artistic decoration of spaces, as an art curator.

In recent years she has been involved in the hospitality business as well as in the design and decoration of accommodation, always focusing on the placement of art objects.
